Food Service Manager

JALIYAN ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
