Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wild Wing (St. Catherines) is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory management.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, with a focus on supervision and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Client-focused and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a dynamic team environment, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:
