Job Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications with a high level of professionalism.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and managing office documentation with attention to detail.
  • Providing administrative support in preparing reports and presentations for management, showcasing strong organizational skills.
Requirements
  • A minimum of previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating a solid foundation in office procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), utilizing software to enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration within the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
