Key Support Staff

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks and projects.
Duties and Responsibilities- Communication: Coordinate information flow within the team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Administrative Support: Record meeting minutes, prepare documentation, and set up filing systems.
- Scheduling: Arrange appointments, travel itineraries, and reservations.
- Correspondence: Type, proofread, and send correspondence and other documents.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of issued materials.
- Reservations: Confirm appointments and make new reservations as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential for this position.
The salary range for this position is between $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.
