Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining HR processes and supporting Oracle HCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and upgrade Oracle HCM modules, including core HR, Employee Self-Service, Learning Management, and iRecruitment.
  • Integrate Oracle HR with other applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow.
  • Design and develop Oracle SQL queries to extract insights and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud Fusion and leverage its capabilities to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience with HCM modules, with at least 2 projects involving Oracle HCM.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2, including implementation and upgrade experience in HR, Talent, and Workforce Management products.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SQL and basic understanding of Apps technical components, such as XML reports, WebADI, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle OAF.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and its applications.

This is a 3-month contract opportunity, with a preference for candidates who can work from our Richmond office. However, we are open to remote candidates with some travel requirements. If you are a motivated and experienced Oracle HCM professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
