About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect to join our team at Walnut Staffing Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing database systems that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design and Development
    • Design and develop database systems that meet the needs of our organization
    • Develop and implement a strategic blueprint for database deployment
  • Data Management
    • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our IT infrastructure
    • Develop and maintain computer databases
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection, and availability
    • Provide advice to other informatics professionals on database management tools
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Test data models and database management systems
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in database development and management
