Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain ongoing solutions delivered to designated business groups.
  • Manage the end-to-end development process to ensure the right solutions are delivered and address operational concerns once in production.
  • Evaluate emerging BI technologies and the evolution of current technologies to define a future vision roadmap for optimal application of technology to meet business needs.
  • Consult with application development teams to address issues relating to application architecture, such as performance or availability, and recommend BI and Analytic solutions.

Requirements:

  • Typically 7-10 years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or BS/BA or MBA/MS in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business.
  • Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
  • Knowledge of required programming languages and ability to code with little oversight.
  • Knowledge of technical/business environment and processes.
  • Understand functional aspects and technical behavior of the underlying operating system, development environment, and deployment practices.
