- Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized support and care.
- Communication: Deal with the public, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work Area Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce regulations and policies to maintain order and resolve conflicts, monitoring establishment activities to ensure compliance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Transportation: Own transportation.
- Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, reliability, team player, client focus, and flexibility.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and health care plan.
- Work Terms: Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
