Key Responsibilities- Interpret and execute welding process specifications to meet industry standards.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including fully automated systems, to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications, and perform quality control checks as needed.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut and shape metal components.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and products using welding, brazing, and soldering techniques.
- Determine the weldability of materials and select the appropriate welding process and equipment.
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy metal components and equipment.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with repetitive tasks and heavy lifting requirements.
- Handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are essential for this role.

- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
