Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with a focus on hospitality projects to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and overseeing hospitality construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning
    • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality programs to ensure timely completion within allocated budget and specifications.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and coordinate activities/day-to-day of in-house staff, consultants, and external stakeholders/clients.
  • Negotiations and Site Visits
    • Negotiate contracts and handle change orders with clients, architects, and suppliers.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in construction project management, with a specialization in hospitality-related projects (ideally restaurants - Fine dining, casual dining, food halls).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel) and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience hiring, training, and scheduling in-house employees.
  • Experience implementing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for construction projects/team members.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week on-site, flexible hours, and travel to various project sites as needed.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
