Store Manager

Shakya Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including market research and trend analysis.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads. Adaptability, time management, excellent oral communication, and flexibility are essential skills for this role.
