Food Service Manager

W.P.W. Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet business needs.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high expectations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain physical and mental well-being.
Language:The primary language of communication in this role is English.
Work Schedule:This is a permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
