Technical Program Manager

CS Group Canada, a subsidiary of CS Group, a company within the Sopra Steria Group, is a leading accelerator of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity for companies developing critical embedded technologies (Avionics, Autonomous Driving, Transport Electrification). Our clients are OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the aerospace, automotive, defense, and rail sectors, seeking to obtain Functional Safety (ISO 26262, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP-4761, ARP-4754, EN50128) and cybersecurity certifications (DO-326A, ISO 21434, UN-R155) to market their technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish close collaboration and build trusting relationships with senior leaders from cross-functional teams including hardware, software, vehicle engineering, operations, human factors, program management office, legal, and policy.
  • Assist in the planning of multiple workstreams necessary for the Safety Case at each project milestone.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of system-level hazard analysis, ensuring traceability of potential safety issues throughout the safety architecture, requirements, implementation, verification, and validation, leading to a comprehensive and closed-loop safety case.
  • Lead the Risk Management Program across various milestones, monitoring all potential safety issues and driving them to resolution.
  • Represent the System Safety team during key program review meetings.
  • Ensure coordination among engineering teams, clarify priorities, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of corporate milestones.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in automotive engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • 5+ years experience in program management in automotive, aerospace or other relevant industries.
