The key to our company's success lies in the expertise and passion of its employees. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services organization in Medina, MN. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to our engineering staff and lead delivery services to our key customers.

The primary responsibility of this position is to execute project work from start to finish, ensuring that all technical requirements are met. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and communicate project plans. Additionally, you will oversee the technical evaluation of contract specifications and define project requirements.

A successful candidate will have 20+ years of experience implementing SCADA systems in the electric utility industry and a detailed practical understanding of energy management systems. They will also possess excellent technical programming skills, including Python and C++, and the ability to travel to domestic and international customer sites.

  • Lead design, integration, testing, and commissioning activities for complex and strategic projects.
  • Oversee technical evaluation of contract specifications and define project requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership to the engineering staff and lead delivery services to our key customers.
  • Work directly with customers and remote engineering team members to understand requirements and communicate project plans.
