- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and relevant experience, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Coordinating staffing needs across various departments
- Developing and implementing talent management strategies
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to staffing activities
- College or CEGEP degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
The salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including bonus opportunities, free parking, learning/training paid by the employer, and team building opportunities.
