Hospitality Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Department Oversight: Ensure the successful operation of the Housekeeping department to provide excellent guest experiences.
- Strategic Planning: Monitor status regularly and adjust strategies as appropriate to achieve service and financial goals.
- Staff Management: Determine appropriate staffing levels for forecasted business and schedule employees accordingly.
- Inventory and Purchasing: Oversee inventory, purchasing, disbursement, and cost control for all linens, cleaning supplies, customer room, and restroom supplies.
- Safety and Compliance: Monitor assigned departments for compliance to safety standards.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement processes for providing employees with customer service, technical, and safety training on an ongoing basis.
