IT Infrastructure Manager

Olds College of Agriculture and Technology is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the ongoing operations and continual improvement of the college's information technology infrastructure.
This includes leading a team of Systems and Network Administrators in analysis, design, implementation, and operation of systems supporting the college's academic and administrative goals.
The successful candidate will participate in the operation and management of IT security systems, systems and security architecture, digital security investigations, and monitor compliance of Digital Security Standards and Policy for Olds College.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the college's IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and security systems
- Lead a team of Systems and Network Administrators in the analysis, design, implementation, and operation of systems
- Participate in the operation and management of IT security systems, systems and security architecture, digital security investigations
- Monitor compliance of Digital Security Standards and Policy for Olds College
- Contribute to the development of the college's IT strategy and plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Five years of progressive responsibility including IT Security, network and systems administration
- Previous experience supervising technical staff
- Experience or certification in ITIL v3 Foundation, COBIT SSCP, GIAC Certifications, COMP TIA Security+, or equivalent
- Proven experience delivering quality technology solutions within schedules and budgets
