- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in a nursery or greenhouse setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work in a physically demanding environment.
