Insurance Manager

At Satnam Financial Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The Insurance Manager will be responsible for:
- Directing and controlling daily sales operations
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
- Hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff
- Planning and directing market research studies
- Overseeing the preparation of reports
- Advising senior management
- Working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Planning and directing advertising and marketing campaigns
- Planning, directing, and monitoring activities of the sales department
- Approving the sale of insurance policies
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record of sales success. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
