We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at Satnam Financial Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Job Summary:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Direct and control daily operations of the sales team.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
- Plan and direct market research studies.
- Oversee the preparation of reports.
- Advise senior management.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department.
- Approve the sale of insurance policies.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
