Fonction Générale

L'Assistant Manager I est un membre clé de l'équipe de direction qui contribue au succès de Sunglass Hut. L'Assistant Manager I travaille en partenariat avec le Directeur de magasin ou le Directeur de plusieurs magasins pour superviser toutes les fonctions quotidiennes du magasin, y compris la vente, la formation, la merchandising, la recrutement et l'excellence en détail.

Tâches et responsabilités principales

  1. Utilise tous les outils de la société pour atteindre le plan de vente, développer les associés et atteindre les objectifs de la société.
  2. Utilise les outils de suivi et l'acuité commerciale pour identifier et relever les écarts de performance et pour capitaliser sur les réussites.
  3. Fournit un coaching continu pour tous les associés qui soutient leur croissance et leur développement tout en créant un environnement de travail inspirant et motivant.
  4. Acquiert du talent en utilisant les compétences de réseautage et de recrutement et en conduisant des entretiens en partenariat avec le Directeur de magasin ou le Directeur de plusieurs magasins.
  5. Cherche des opportunités de développement personnel comme défini dans un plan de développement individuel.
  6. Passe la majorité du temps sur le plancher de vente.
  7. Développe et maintient les relations avec les clients en maximisant tous les outils de la société.
  8. Exécute de manière constante les normes de la marque.
  9. Maintient les normes de merchandising du magasin, y compris tout mises à jour ou changements.
  10. Connait les connaissances produits et utilise les outils d'apprentissage de la société pour rester à jour sur les nouveaux produits en mode et en performance.
  11. S'assure de l'exécution des politiques et procédures opérationnelles.
  12. S'assure de la communication claire à son équipe de la stratégie de la marque, y compris toutes les promotions, les concours et les incitations, etc.

Qualifications de base

  1. Diplôme d'études secondaires ou GED
  2. 1+ an d'expérience
  3. Démontre une expertise dans tous les aspects de l'exploitation du magasin
  4. Attention aux détails
  5. Utilise la pensée critique pour délivrer une exécution absolue des composants opérationnels du magasin

Qualifications préférées

  1. Expérience en service à la clientèle et/ou en détail
  2. Expérience de leadership précédente de 1+ an
