Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial triage and assessments to determine client needs and suitability for our services.
- Deliver direct client care, including administering medications, performing phlebotomy, and providing treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to clients, promoting health and wellness through evidence-based practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our services.
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses in Alberta (CLPNA).
- Minimum of two years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in mental health and addictions, homelessness, and poverty.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to working with vulnerable populations, including those with mental health and addiction issues.
