About the Role

VON Canada is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Nova Scotia. As a LPN, you will provide medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in their homes and other settings in communities across the province.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide diabetes management, dialysis, medication management, palliative care, phlebotomy, and wound care services
  • Work with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
  • Experience in community health an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
