Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sagitawah Brewing Company Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
