Recherche d'un analyste financier

RONA recherche un analyste financier motivé et autonome pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous aurez la responsabilité de travailler avec les équipes de développement des affaires et opérations magasins pour optimiser la performance du réseau marchands affiliés.

Responsabilités
  • Agir comme partenaire d'affaires auprès de l'unité d'affaire des marchands affiliés
  • Analyser et interpréter les résultats financiers et les KPI
  • Assister et créer des présentations pour les rencontres avec les marchands
  • Développer et modéliser des analyses financières / de rentabilité
  • Participer au processus de planification financière et aux analyses de fin de période
  • Participer à des projets spéciaux et à des analyses ponctuelles
  • Supporter l'unité d'affaire dans les calculs et application des programmes et ententes commerciales
Compétences requises
  • BAC en finance et/ou comptabilité
  • Titre de comptable (un atout)
  • Minimum de 3 années d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyse financière
  • Expérience en commerce de détail (un atout)
  • Autonome, motivé, accent sur les résultats
  • Excellentes habiletés d'analyse, de synthèse et de présentation
  • Solides habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles et le travail d'équipe
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel avancé)
