Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Life Cafe Staff to join our team at Life Time. As a Life Cafe Staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members in a fast-paced environment
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide suggestions regarding food and service
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the cafe area
  • Operate espresso machines and prepare specialty drinks

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
