Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Performing minor repairs on appliances
  • Assisting with major repairs and contacting tradespersons as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a maintenance or trades-related field
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (over 45 kg/100 lbs)

Working Conditions:

The Maintenance Technician will work on-site at our hotel facility, with no option for remote work.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
