Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tools Programmer to join our team at Monolith Productions. As a key member of our content authoring pipelines team, you will be responsible for expanding and developing tools foundational to the creative process of our artists and designers.
In this role, you will partner with technical artists and designers to understand content authoring requirements and contribute to the development of our proprietary game engine. Your expertise in C++ programming will be essential in creating innovative solutions to support the production software.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality C++ code to expand content creation tool stack.
- Collaborate with technical artists and designers to understand content authoring requirements.
- Break down features into actionable steps within our production software.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a programmer working in C++.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with building UI in C++.
- Familiarity with the Win32 API.
- Great problem-solving and debugging skills.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
