With a strong presence across five continents, our organization is dedicated to advancing cannabis research, technology, and product development. As we build an iconic brand portfolio, we require a visionary leader to oversee daily operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance and internal audit teams to establish and maintain operations-related controls in accordance with publicly traded company requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures across all product lines and processes.
  • Evaluate new technologies and automation, recommending and managing capital expenditures for optimal business outcomes.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience, including multi-site production leadership and supply chain management. A related bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is essential. Additionally, you will have sufficient gravitas, integrity, presence, and collaborative leadership strengths to inspire trust amongst employees, local communities, and stakeholders.
