About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Credit Analyst to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our Global Banking and Advisory team, you will be responsible for managing credit portfolios and providing expert analysis to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage credit portfolios for Project Finance sectors, including Energy, Infrastructure, and Metals & Mining
  • Process amendments, waivers, and consents for assigned transactions, preparing credit applications and obtaining internal credit approvals
  • Prepare annual credit reviews, including financial analysis, projection updates, and rating assessments
  • Monitor and analyze counterparty risks, including covenant compliance, Unlikely To Pay events, and DSRC metrics
  • Perform quarterly watch-list and provision reviews, presenting findings to the Business Line and Risk department
  • Prepare reports and responses to regulators, including the US Shared National Credit
  • Assist in internal and external audits and examinations of portfolios from a credit risk standpoint
  • Participate in the workout of troubled portfolio credits in close cooperation with the Risk Asset Recovery group
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years banking experience, ideally in Project Finance
  • Experience in credit analysis and portfolio management
  • Financial and credit analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and cash flow modeling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment
