Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Spark Financial Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist with the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and setting up filing systems.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and external partners.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
