Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AL - MEDINA HALAL MEAT INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage work schedules, and oversee payroll administration.
- Hire, train, and develop staff, including teaching interest or professional development courses.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Design settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting for exhibitions and events.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to multitask.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and adapt to changing store conditions.
