Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Testing Specialist to join our team at Kusiar Project Services Inc. in an exciting opportunity that combines technical expertise with hands-on experience.

This role will involve conducting liquid penetrant inspections, interpreting conductivity meters and visual indicators, establishing NDI techniques and calibration standards, and setting up and operating radiographic equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of non-destructive testing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Conduct liquid penetrant inspections to detect defects and flaws in materials
  • Interpret and document inspection results, including recommendations for repair or replacement
  • Establish and maintain NDI techniques and calibration standards to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Set up and operate radiographic equipment to inspect internal structures of materials
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., engineering, physics)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in non-destructive testing
  • Strong knowledge of NDT principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
