About the Role

Cash-A-Cheque is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting applications, completing credit and loan documentation, and preparing statements on delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Approval: Review and approve or reject loan and credit applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete and maintain accurate records of credit and loan documentation, including statements and other relevant information.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, including authorizing payments by cheque and managing cash reserves.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
