Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will strategically manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, own and optimize the hiring budget, manage variable compensation structures, leverage data to drive hiring decisions, enhance employer branding initiatives, implement and improve recruitment technology, source passive talent, ensure compliance with global hiring regulations, and contribute to global hiring efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a SaaS or technology environment, experience managing hiring budgets and variable compensation programs, strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, total rewards, and compensation trends in tech/SaaS hiring, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Rippling), sourcing techniques, and recruitment marketing tools, and proven experience with global hiring strategies is a plus.
