Job Title: Management Trainee

Job Summary:

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Trainee to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Progress through a 5-phased program to learn every aspect of how our business operates
  • Develop strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Grow a sales territory and provide world-class customer service
  • Relocate throughout the program and upon completion

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
