We are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure projects that improve transportation experiences. As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in promoting a Safety-First culture and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and lead a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants.
  • Develop and implement safe work plans, conduct hazard assessments, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Track and report project quality control, resource requirements, and customer or labour relations.
  • Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Director to identify equipment and labour resource requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a superintendent position in the heavy civil construction industry.
  • Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary operations team.
  • Experience managing work in a self-performing work environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable OH&S legislation.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
