Job Title: Ironworker

Young Boy Drywall Ltd. is seeking an experienced Ironworker to join our team. As an Ironworker, you will be responsible for erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms. You will also align, weld, or bolt units in place, position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures, and unload and position steel units for hoisting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Align, weld, or bolt units in place
  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures
  • Unload and position steel units for hoisting
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
