About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process day-to-day transactions and provide accurate and efficient service to customers
  • Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to contribute to the branch's targets
  • Introduce customers to our mobile banking applications and assist them in managing their banking needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
