We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our quality products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their expectations.
- Ensure our stores are visually appealing and well-maintained, with a focus on product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, with a strong customer focus and positive attitude.
- Able to work days, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve independently.
- Ambitious and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
