Parts Technician Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at Indian Motorcycle Of Red Deer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including part numbers, quantities, and pricing.
- Process incoming requisitions, receiving, unpacking, and sorting parts, supplies, and materials.
- Sell spare and replacement parts, providing customers with expert advice on product selection.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with MS Office and internet applications.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Bondable, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
