We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at MJ Byrne's Irish Pub. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to a high standard.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to a high standard
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to a high standard
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
