Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's workforce meets its operational needs.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions of employment to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates for employment opportunities.
  • Recruitment: Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill job openings.
  • Job Offers: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers to successful candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
