About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on process improvement tools and techniques
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address operational issues
  • Establish and maintain process standards and metrics to measure performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in process improvement and continuous excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in SAP manufacturing/warehousing (BOMs, POs, material master data etc.)

Education/Certifications

  • Engineering Degree (Chemical or Mechanical) (preferred)

Work Schedule

On-site, Monday-Friday (business hours)

No relocation support available, however, for candidates voluntarily moving internationally, some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
