About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to join our team at IKO Global. This individual will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a long-term IT roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals, modernizing our IT systems, and adopting our cloud strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, databases, and disaster recovery systems.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize the IT stack, ensuring the adoption of the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Oversee the decommissioning of outdated systems and the implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and services.
  • Implement and manage robust monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard company data and operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud architecture design, adoption/migration, IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum 10 years of data center management experience.
  • Solid experience in cloud strategy, migration and implementation with knowledge of major cloud platforms in hybrid cloud environments and/or multi-cloud management.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals and concepts (IP subnetting, routing, firewalls). Hands-on network management experience is desirable.
  • Relevant certification(s) from AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
