About the Role

RVA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Municipal practice in Niagara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing projects, and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow the Municipal practice in Niagara
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Provide technical expertise to clients, including project management, engineering, and design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client development and proposal writing

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal engineering, with at least 10 years in a consultancy
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong technical expertise in municipal engineering, including knowledge of local design and construction standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
