Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Municipal

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our municipal engineering projects in Niagara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects related to roads, water distribution systems, sanitary sewage collection systems, flood protection, stormwater management, and storm drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success and future business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal engineering, with at least 10 years in a consultancy environment.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in Ontario or eligibility for registration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
