We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team at Gallucci Winery Inc. As a Vineyard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean the crops and clear fields of wood and stones
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
  • Mixing fertilizer and operating farm machinery and equipment
  • Pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Seed cutting, weeding, and fertilizing crops
  • Harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Soil fertility programs and weaning
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to distinguish between colors, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination
Working Conditions
  • Work in a rural area, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs) of weight
  • Wearing steel-toed safety boots and gloves
