Position Overview

As a Technical Recruiter at HubSpoke, Inc., you will serve as a representative of our core values through comprehensive recruitment processes. Your main objective will be to identify and secure the ideal candidates for various roles, ensuring effective staffing for both Government and Private Sector consulting projects. Your recruitment efforts will primarily focus on areas such as Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Development: Manage technical recruitment for a diverse range of Government RFPs, Supply Arrangement Taskings, and private sector projects. Develop and sustain candidate pools that align with corporate goals, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
  2. Comprehensive Recruitment Process: Execute a thorough recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, overseeing the interview process, and performing reference checks.
  3. Value Proposition Communication: Effectively articulate and promote the HubSpoke value proposition to prospective candidates, emphasizing the benefits and opportunities available within the organization.
  4. Candidate Experience Management: Foster a positive candidate experience by building and maintaining strong relationships and providing consistent communication. Keep ongoing connections with HubSpoke contractors to ensure consultants feel valued.
  5. Collaboration with Teams: Partner closely with Proposals and Business Development teams to strategize, ensure compliance, and deliver bid responses that meet organizational requirements.
  6. Enhancement of Recruitment Materials: Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment materials, templates, and processes, while staying informed about recruitment trends and technologies to drive continuous enhancement.
  7. Record Accuracy: Ensure the precision of candidate records and adherence to established processes within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  8. Event Participation: Attend and promote HubSpoke events, representing the organization and attracting potential candidates.
  9. Support Corporate Initiatives: Assist with additional corporate strategies as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years dedicated to technical roles within the Federal Government.
  2. Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and conducting reference checks.
  3. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and contractors.
  4. Thorough understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends, particularly in technical fields.
  5. Excellent collaborative skills, with the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
