Key Responsibilities:- Build key customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work with staff from various departments to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Manage existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retain business.
- Actively contact customers within a defined market or geographic area to ensure continual opportunities for business growth.
- Build and retain an effective team of sales representatives.
- Provide leadership; lead by example with respect to company policies and culture.
- Manage and develop Wireless Account Executives by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with customers, suppliers, and fellow team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three (3) years of sales and management experience in a related industry; wireless and communications experience is highly desired and preferred.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field or a blend of relevant experience in sales, management, and business development.
- Proven understanding of the wireless and communication technology industry and associated products and services.
